February is always the month that I begin to long - I mean REALLY long for spring. It must be the old Californian in me and the phone calls from my mom talking about planting pansies outside. Add to that the fact that these last two days are the coldest in a decade in St. Paul and I am pining for spring. Yesterday, I bought armloads of flowers and put them in just about every room in the house. Let's see, tulips, iris, daffodils, carnations --- instant, indoor spring. So here is my dining room table and just one of many vases of flowers.

Ah Spring - February Dreams in Minnesota

Suzann, your home sounds like a place I'd love to visit...all those gorgious flowers...I love them too. Spring is looking pretty good to me too. As much as I love looking at the snow-draped branches and beautiful scenic roads...I've had enough of this cold weather.
