I am a Joyful Non Smoker -Free At Last
Thank you to everyone for your amazing support of my Quit - it is going well and I can honestly say that I am done - there are still lots of little triggers during the day - but nothing earth shattering. I am just delighted to be free of that nasty habit. I have kept at my exercise, am making healthy food choices and have not gained a single pound. I feel so much better - physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. All part of the plan on this journey - but a huge step.
So here it is:
15 days, 8 hours, 21 minutes and 15 seconds smoke free.
230 cigarettes not smoked.
$54.00 and 1 day, 18 hours of my life saved.
Bravo!
ReplyDeleteTom is so proud of you.

Yayyyyyyyyy for Suzann! You GO, GIRL! Nothing better than good health and longer life...sweet smelling breath and hair and skin! Clean house and car....and it goes on and on and on. :)))
ReplyDeleteNow comes your challenge not to eat to compensate for the loss of the nicotine and putting something in your mouth. Here's hoping you can handle that part--but right now--hey, you did it. You are a joyful non-smoker, free at last.
ReplyDeleteGood attitude...Keep up the good work...Imagine me standing on the sidelines cheering you on...
ReplyDeleteCongratulations to you.
ReplyDeleteI did a whole post on Smoking and stopping on April..ummmm I think April 21st this year...It is the hardest so they say...And I always said, If I could Quit...anyone can! But I know it isn't that easy. I encourage you to take it one day at a time, or Hour at a time, or One Minute at a time, if need be. This is such a good thing you have done for yourself.
