and it feels great. I got a bit sidetracked between my rotten cold and the holiday. I have renewed my focus on nutrition and am being very mindful of my food choices at each meal.
BRRRRRRRRRRRR - it really cold here - like January - this morning it was zero degrees when I got up. That's right ZERO DEGREES.
I have been busy with back to work, back to workout and getting the house back in order after company --- time to catch up.
Good for YOU! I need to get back to the gym myself. Thanks for your excellent example and the timely reminder :)
ReplyDeleteHugs and blessings,
Congratulations to you Suzann....I should be doing more of ALL that you mentuoned---I cannot go to the gym, but there are things I could do here at home...And as to "diet"...I don't know what has happened to me except, part of me just doesn't care right now. I seem to care more about the immediate gratification factor...OY! (lol)
ReplyDeleteThat film, AWAY FROM HER...was so deeply moving....The actors, just superb! I very much enjoyed watching it again, and then turning on the great gift of Julie Christie doing some commentary--- Sparsely, yet with so much sensitive thoughtfulness....I LOVE ACTORS! Well, I mean Actors who are really "ACTORS". you know? Because as with Julie Christie---her appreciation of the other actors...Her generosity and gratefulness to this wonderful young woman who directed the film as well as adapting the short story for the screen....I found all that very moving, too! Beautiful, Beautifuyl film, and a joy to see Julie Christie at 66 still luminousl still brilliant.
sounds like a fabulous thanksgiving for you. we just returned from the east where we had a wonderful reunion with friends and family and some delicious food. now it is time to get down to serious salad business!
