One voice helps us decide things, encourages us, helps us deal realistically with who we are. I've spent most of...I couldn't agree more! I've spent most of my adult life in "the cycle", with my weight fluctuating about 40 pounds from my highest to lowest weight. Over the past few years, I've become determined to escape the cycle, and I'm slowly developing the long-term eating and exercise habits required to stay healthy.
